This was a childcare center I was hired to work at in some ways the owner or business manager did not run it well ; there was too much confusion and unorganized communication between parents and the children and the teachers children were allowed to temper tantrum in ways that was unacceptable and should have been avoided and the parents were allowed to bring their kids in at any time which is not acceptable

Ms. Williams was a senior and this job was done through a program that helps take care of senior citizens like clean up their homes and wash their clothes I took on the job to help her many people did not want to work with her but I did until she died that next year.
