I take great pride in completing task with integrity. I was always taught to do the right think even when nobody is watching. On an average shift in the laboratory I see around 50 patients a day. No matter how busy I am, I will always do what is best for the patient. If I notice a patient is sore or bruised in a particular spot,  I will accommodate and adjust the venipuncture site keeping the patients best interest in mind.
