Conduct laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses following the standard operating procedures of the laboratory.
Execute, review, and document laboratory quality control procedures.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Prepare necessary reagents for laboratory testing.
Identify and resolve basic issues that negatively impact test performance.
Review, interpret, and approve patient results as required.

Possess customer, market, and business insight, strong analytical skills, and extensive product and merchandise knowledge. Demonstrate the ability to drive sales, engage in promotional activities, and develop and manage strategic business initiatives. Exhibit in-depth expertise in customer engagement, both in-person and virtually. Show exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Be proficient in using digital and virtual tools and excel in a collaborative working environment with cross-functional internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives compliantly.

Serve customers by training staff and managing the purchasing and display of products.
Train store staff by updating and delivering sales training materials, conducting training sessions, reviewing job performance and coaching needs with the retail store manager, and developing and implementing new product training programs.
Evaluate competition by visiting rival stores to gather information on attributes such as style, quality, presentation, and pricing of competing merchandise.

Receiving and filling prescriptions
Communicating with medical professionals about patients and their medications
Listening to patients’ reports of symptoms and provide suggestions for over-the-counter medications
Accurately measuring, preparing and distributing proper medications to the patients that need them
