Junior Traffic Engineer with experience in transportation planning, traffic operations, safety analysis, and engineering design. Supports a wide range of transportation infrastructure projects through technical analysis, transportation modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Passed the PE exam ahead of licensure eligibility and is expected to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in late 2027.
• Conduct transportation engineering analyses including traffic impact studies, capacity and operational analyses, traffic forecasting, traffic distribution, and transportation planning assessments for public and private sector clients.
• Utilize Synchro, HCS, TransModeler, and industry-standard methodologies to evaluate intersection, corridor, roundabout, and interchange performance, and develop operational improvement recommendations.
• Support traffic signal design, signal timing optimization, traffic control warrant evaluations, and intelligent transportation system improvements.
• Perform roadway safety studies, crash analyses, vulnerable road user assessments, feasibility studies, and intersection/corridor improvement evaluations.
• Develop Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans, MOT schedules, MOTEC reports, traffic control strategies, detour plans, and construction staging concepts, including the use of traffic data and lane closure analyses to minimize construction impacts.
• Prepare trip generation, traffic assignment, and network modeling analyses using ITE methodologies and emerging transportation data sources.
• Conduct roadway lighting analyses and design, EV charging infrastructure planning, and multimodal transportation evaluations supporting pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular mobility.
