Engineering Division. Through this position I have acquired a Class A Commercial Driver’s License,
International Municipal Signal Association Traffic Signal Technician Level II, VDOT Intermediate Work Zone
and other certifications. Additionally, I work 24 hour-on call time in all-weather situations. This occupational
