Extensive home renovation

In 2018, negotiated the sale of a major fixer-upper on the waterfront in Swansboro. Used extensive problem solving skills in order to close a loan on an extremely unique property that numerous financial professionals said only a cash-buyer would be able to purchase. Once the purchase was complete, used creative solutions to design an entirely new floorplan (to scale) using microsoft Excel, accommodating all family needs and remaining within the confines of a strict budget. For 12 months, oversaw various work contracts from beginning to completeion as well as participated in hands-on renovation of the property. Once renovations were complete and the house was re-appraised, the property had 300k in equity after all-in cost.
