• Created departmental policies and procedures for the Drug Recognition Expert Program, while ensuring their appropriate execution throughout several divisions within the Agency
• Conducted numerous investigations for Driving Under the Influence where significant property damage, injury or death occurred while preparing complex cases for successful courtroom testimony and trial

• Assigned as a Healthcare Security Officer for the largest Level One Trauma Center in Memphis, TN
• Compiled evidence for management and law enforcement after prosecutable incidents
• Handled all safety and security issues within the facility, while proactively being a visible deterrent to crime alongside teammates

• Assigned as a Healthcare Security Officer within the downtown area of Knoxville, TN
• Enforced company rules and policies for staff and guests, to ensure everyones' safety while visiting or working at the facility
