Summary

Ability to communicate with students with learning problems. Since my uncle was a teacher in a special school in Shanghai, I had the opportunity to get in touch with students with learning problems and understand their hardships since childhood. Meanwhile, my undergraduate major was elementary education, so I chose to enter this school during my internship in the university. During the internship, I discovered the potential of these students and encouraged them to complete some things that they could not do before, such as using computers to search data and perform simple math operations.
