  • I have served as a crew lead for projects such as fence construction and repair, noxious weed spraying, seed mixing, and drill seeding
  • My duties as a crew lead include preparing reports for managers, managing day to day workloads, managing and monitoring crew personnel, completing herbicide application records and managing and maintaining all necessary equipment to complete tasks
  • I obtained an Idaho State Pesticide License in August of 2014 as well as a Federal Pesticide License in March of 2018
  • I hold a Class A CDL and am proficient at operating (backing, towing and parking) diesel tractor-trailers, lowboy trailers, and cargo trailers up to 53 Feet long confirming all DOT & BLM safety requirements are being met
  • I have a great deal of experience hauling equipment such as tractors, dozers, and seed drills

  • During the fall of 2009 and 2010 I worked for the Emergency Stabilization and Restoration program mixing seed and installing erosion structures
  • My duties and responsibilities while installing erosion structures included loading and transporting materials to the field with the use of 4x4 pickups, trailers, ATV’s and UTV’s
  • Once in the field I assisted in the instillation of erosion structures by leveling, staking, and supporting them
  • I also mixed seed for the ESR program
  • My duties while mixing seed included sorting different seed types and keeping track of lot numbers for each seed type that was used
  • I confirmed that the proper seed types and amounts were mixed and lot numbers were kept track of in an orderly manner
  • I prepared progress updates for managers that included how much seed had been used, what lots of a particular seed had been used, and inventory of seeds
  • I am proficient at operating a fork lift as essential part of my duties
  • I assisted in keeping rodents under control in the seed warehouse as well
  • I also helped prepare seed samples for testing to ensure all state and federal seed laws and regulations were met
