Additional Information

In my time at Heritage I have managed several different homes that provide different levels of support to those residing in them allowing me a broad view of the services we provide. These homes often require different skill sets and knowledge to oversee including but not limited to staffing patterns, fire safety, physical plant and even employee retention.


I am a member of the Human Rights committee allowing me a unique prospective on how to create and maintain restrictive plans that utilize compassionate ways to assure the folks we support are safe and treated fairly.


I have in the past worked in Resident Accounts and have completed Residential audits as a part of my time with the department. I also assisted Residence Managers to find and correct errors that prevented the reconciling of both resident and petty cash accounts.
