Philosophy

I'm always excited about a design challenge and like to hit the ground running at a marathon pace. For elaborate projects, I start slowly to ensure all crucial parts are in place for the project's success. I go the extra mile for multiple ideas or concepts, and I like to finish my projects early to give them a final tweak with a fresh eye, if needed, before uploading them. Also, I'm a team player.

Software

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate, Wordpress

Author/Illustrator

Before Covid, I signed up with the San Francisco-based Story Teller Academy and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. So far, I have written and designed the dummies for three: When Trees Fly, The Monster in the Bathroom, and The Queen's Favorite Teapot. They are all in various stages of processing.
I'm very excited about the art for When Trees Fly, where I mixed pencil and watercolor elements with the brilliant digital possibilities of Photoshop.
