Exterior, wash down all patios around pool and upper deck.

Clean BBQ, all furniture, fire pits, fire places.

Pool cleaning, vacuumed by weakly, added chemicals as needed.

Landscaping, planted cactus, shrubs and flowers in pots repaired drip system all low volt lighting.

Lawn care mowing grass and fertilizing ass needed.

When out of town for summer I maintained the property inside and out.

• Stretched and tacked fabric into place.
• Padded seats and arms with batting and cardboard.
• Measured, cut, and sewed materials to fit specifications
• Fixed webbing and springs on seats

• Disassembled to reupholster fabric.
