• Established Acreto from the ground up without external funding, products, or revenues.
• Designed and developed an innovative security technology for critical infrastructure, including Operational Technologies (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and related Information Technology (IT).
• Secured multiple patents with over 280 claims in Network Feature Virtualization (NFV), Application Containers, Segmentation, and network wormholing.
• Developed advanced, consolidated features, including segmentation, access controls, and Deep Packet Inspection threat mitigation for entire distributed infrastructures without onsite products or re-architecture.
• Innovated an advanced Agentic AI Incident Response (IR) platform to identify and mitigate internal and external threats in seconds. AI platform utilizes 8 distinct thinking and reasoning neural nets with in-house GPU farm.
• Designed and deployed a global network and private cloud infrastructure across the US, Europe and India.

Ecexcutive Leadership

• Served as startup CEO and CTO to guide the company through seed funding and product development. Transitioned to CTO / CPO as the technology and product leader for the company's growth stage.
• Raised $12 million in funding from angel investors, family offices, and venture capital funds.
• Built an amazing global engineering and operations team of 30 people based in the US and Eastern Europe.
• Attracted a strong management team and board, including the former COO of Dimension Data as CEO, as well as the former CEO of Netscreen and Infoblox, and the Chief Digital Officer of JetBlue for the board.
• Achieved an initial gross profit margin of 87% that was subsequently increased to 92%.

Sales & Marketing

• Developed a go-to-market strategy, with associated messaging and business model.
• Developed and implemented an aggressive demand generation process, and a team that drove over 50 monthly MQL first meetings, with a 30% conversion to SQL.
• Closed long-term deals with global companies such as Amazon, JLL, LaSalle, and multiple private equity funds.
• Highly experienced in negotiating and creatively overcoming obstacles of complex multi-year agreements for Fortune, enterprise, and mid-market organizations.
