The ICMS provide a way to capture (ICMS-Data Capture) all the required data from EPBX and generate various types of reports (ICMS-GUI) for tracking the Call centre performance as well as Agents Performance. The ICMS also provide a facility to send email automatically (ICMS-Auto Email Sender) reports to the schedule user at the specified time set by the user.

The Hand Held Terminal (HHT) application is developed for Rebar Mill for automating the Dispatch section. HHT can provide information about wagon/trailer status; to register Wagon/Trailer, to update the wagon/trailer location, Provide Bin information, Provide Bundle Information to the Ground Staff and through HHT user can generate loading list against the vehicle. The communication between HHT and the server is done through Comm. server application written in C language.
