- After a year of contributing to the launch of Shams TV, selecting the network of correspondents, and building departments within the newsroom and on the ground, I got promoted to the position of Head Input - the External Sources and Correspondents Department at Shams.
This responsibility requires me to work on expanding the network, attracting more professional journalists to handle news events, and handling news planning tasks with flexibility and professionalism.

- I was honored to be part of the international team that launched the first Iraqi Kurdish channel in Iraq. My first task was to establish an office team for the correspondents and planning department, and the guest interviews department. My pre-launch task was then to establish an international correspondent network of more than 20 correspondents in various international locations. In January 2025, in a record four months, Shams Channel launched with a correspondents department, an interviews department, and a news planning department, comprising approximately 30 office staff and an international correspondent network of more than 20 correspondents. After about a year, I was promoted to director of the news portal.
