Bachelor of Industrial Relations, fluent bilingual (Spanish/English), graduated in 2011 in Venezuela in which I worked for more than 05 years in the public sector in the finance department, where I handled payroll over 28,000 employees, performing wage and salary payment tasks, vacations, calculation of years of service for the retirement process, and other functions performed by the accounting and finance department, supported by operating systems such as Excel and Word and management systems payroll. Subsequently, after moving to the US, I worked with a small medical transportation company, where I have worked as a Administrative Assistant and Dispatcher Coordinator using route generation programs, communication platforms, managing the workforce like Hubstaff and supporting with the use of operating systems like Word and Excel. I consider that I am a responsible and proactive person, with high knowledge in customer service, in the use of software such as the Excel program, work platforms such as Hubstaff and bilingual, which generates a plus to perform efficiently in any job position.
