Baha Hakim grew up with his family in a small village in Lebanon. Baha’s mom is one of the best cooks ever known, and watching her in the kitchen inspired him to become a Chef. When Baha was a teenager, he started working in famous hotels and restaurants in Lebanon studying under the master chefs, and he realized by working with them that this will be his career path in the future. Years later, Baha graduated from culinary school in Lebanon. From there, he traveled to Dubai where he worked in a 5 star restaurant owned by one of the biggest oil companies in the world and cooked for some of the most important industry leaders in that country. Baha fulfilled another dream, when he finally came to America, and started to work in one of the most famous restaurant in L.A. called CARNIVAL restaurant. As well, Baha was able to cater private parties for some of the most famous people in the world, including Hollywood celebrities, and His Royal Highness, the Prince of Saudi Arabia.
