• Developed models & prescriptive analytics for executive accounts which led to 10% cost saving.

• Familiarized customers with product lines and ChampionX capabilities through trainings, meetings, workshops and publications.

• Acted as a liaison with internal and external customers and provided technical reports and presentations to diverse audiences.

• Designed and conducted experimental work flow driving product development through the application of chemical and /or engineering fundamentals.
• Diagnosed customer technical issues and developed mitigation plans by leading RD&E projects.
