My current job is social media, volunteer coordinator, giftshop inventor / buyer and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame online store.
Along with assisting our director, Marketing and Event supervisor, and our exhibits and collection coordinator.
Working in museum gift shop I would take admission sales, gift shop sales. As well as restocking, making the gift shop look presentable for customers. Communicating with supervisor on any out-of-stock items. Keeping track of coupon system. And doing end of day reconciliation.
Working with events I would be responsible for getting the venue set and ready for rental clients. Monitor the event. Once the event is over, clean up and help rental clients gather their trash. And lock up the facility. Guided venue tours, and final walk throughs.

My responsibilities were to sell, and crease cowboy hats. Have knowledge of all the products that were carried in the store. Communicate and help customers. Order products for the store and communicate with our sales reps. Make sure all the products, and the store looks presentable for customers. Run the registers, take in all transactions, refunds, returns and exchanges. Was second in command to help run the store when the manager was out. Also responsible for closing register and the whole store.
This was my 2nd job while working at Teskeys Saddle Shop.
Packaging products. Quality checks on all products before shipping them out. Invoicing and print labels from Shopify. Take in online orders and file them once completed.
Operate the computer during live sales, write sale tickets, and communicate with customers during live sales.
Take in calls from contestants and enter them in events at rodeos. Putting contestants in the correct event, and perfs. they were requesting / availability. Document which rodeos were open for entry, and how long entries were open for each rodeo. always staying on a professional level was very important. Keeping full knowledge of every event in the rodeos, as well as how many pefs. there was, how long entries were open as well as turn outs of rodeos.
My job at Frankie's Too was a floor closing server. The bartender and I were responsible for cleaning, restocking and shutting down the restaurant. I also was responsible for checking off other servers' side work, before the end of their shift. I recorded food and drink orders and served customers in a timely manner. Maintained knowledge of menu, drinks, and specials. Stayed on top of sanitation and safety requirements when handling food. Used a POS system when taking orders and transactions.
