  • Collaborated with mentor from Teen Flight to finalize assembly line for RV-12 aircraft delivered to customers worldwide. Reported directly to an onsite engineer to ensure efficiency, correctness, and understanding to the builder’s manual of the RV-12. Ensured that through assembly of the aircraft a parts and inventory system was established so that any one person coming to assemble part of the aircraft would have the resources available to complete the task. After building I was a part of engine runs, rigging, and ensuring proper operation for final delivery.
  • Constructed aircraft components using precision tools and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborated with team members to streamline workflow and improve production efficiency.
  • Inspected materials for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
