As an E-5 Boatswains Mate in the United States Coast Guard my duties included.

• Coxswain on both RBS-29 and RBM-45 boat platforms
• Boarding officer(Federal Law Enforcement Officer)
• Officer of the Day(commands representative, In charge of making sure the station completed all assigned task and overseer for all missions)
• Communications Watch Stander
• Inmate supervisor

Missions and tasks

• Performed Search and Rescue (SAR) operations and responded to both military and civilian ships needing assistance.
• Conduced regular vessel inspections to identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions to make sure vessels are in compliance with all federal laws and regulations .
• Consulted various maps, charts, weather reports and navigation equipment to determine and direct boat movements.
• Towed and maneuvered vessels in harbors and open seas, communicating movements in a professional manner to all surrounding vessel traffic.

• Established strong relationships with property owners to boost referrals and customer satisfaction.
• Assembled, wired and connected solar panels to existing components and systems.
• Installed solar panels on multiple residential and commercial properties to meet customer requirements.
• Checked electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, and integrity of terminations.
• Applied weather sealing to array, building or support mechanisms.
• Devised comprehensive maintenance and repair plans for existing solar panel systems.
