- Oversees and delegates all P.M. and general work orders, schedules facility inspections for Fire suppression systems, Fire alarm systems, Generator testing and any other tests to keep the facility in code compliance for CMS, DNV, DOH and Fire Marshall.
- Inspects all other construction projects for Whidbey Health.
- During this time Whidbey Health was under construction building a fifty three bed wing onto our existing campus including a new Pharmacy and a new Perioperative area.
- Includes working directly with Anderson Construction (General Contractor) during the construction process.
- I also work directly with the infectious control staff on any hospital campus or off campus PICRA reviews.
- We review all projects to analyze the proper steps that need to be taken.
- I also oversaw an upgrade to new Lochinvar closed loop boilers and Crest water boilers.
- I also installed a new water filtration system a new R.O. Pump feed station and a new Medical Air System for our Surgery Suite.
