Executive Chef and Owner Baldassare found my passion for cooking while growing up working In my family restaurant located in Liguria, Italy ( North Italy). I brought my passion to life but attending culinary school in Casino of Menton ( South France) from 13 years to 18 years old. After graduating , I brought my Sicilian roots to American in 1999. I Also incorporate Modern American Fare to add a twist to the menu.
Growing Up I was playing & singing for family and friends. I also enjoy construction and design houses.
