Duties

· Developed and implemented staff recruitment and training programs to ensure that the clinic had a highly skilled and motivated team of healthcare professionals.

· Conducted thorough examinations of patient vital signs to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment. Utilized advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to gather critical patient data, such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels. Monitored patient responses to treatment and adjusted treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

· Ensured proper identification, preparation, and administration of herbal remedies to avoid adulteration and drug abuse. Conducted thorough research on herbal remedies to determine efficacy, ideal dosage, and administration. Developed and implemented quality control procedures to ensure consistent quality of herbal remedies. Provided patient education and counseling on the proper use and administration of herbal remedies to ensure patient safety.

· Successfully led a team in the implementation of the APIN and WARIF projects aimed at reducing HIV/AIDS transmission and domestic/sexual violence. Resulted in a 20% decrease in transmission rates. Oversaw technical support and provided guidance on project monitoring and evaluation to ensure project success.
