Developed and taught lessons to combine art and technology in the Summer Art Enrichment Program for middle school students while supervising and developing DBAE curriculums for Baltimore County Public Schools. Students combined the use of digital cameras and Photoshop to create a T-shirt design and a large chalk coal drawing and painting while learning creative problem-solving skills collectively and individually in furthering their understanding that art must form within as well as our reflections of our environment and society at the time and must use the media of the developing time. In the summer of 1998, I mounted and displayed students' artworks for an art show held during the end of the enrichment program.

Studied and learned the legalities of money management and made deposits and transactions for bankers in various Banks in Rochester, New York.

Developed and aught inter-disciplined lessons which focused the theme of the holidays around the arts around the world in various media based on the county's art curriculum while implementing thematic projects using Discipline Based Art Education methodology with an emphasis on cultural exploration through reading, writing in art history, art aesthetic, art criticism and art productions through the use of computer programs and the Internet network throughout all fifth grader in the classroom as well as homes in exchange and communications throughout the IBM grant that the school principle at the time received that I was responsible to implement this integrated technology and cross curriculum with cultural exchange while maintain but not exclusively to the interactions with gifted, typical and disable students with the fundamentals of art in using technologies and the internet while maintain a profile for performance progress in student, peer, self and teacher assessment theory and philosophy training and development at a timely and time matter while addressing the issues of the needs of parents, teachers, students and communities members through a releasing a monthly art newspaper using informing the parents and community of what students are learning and developing while using digital images of themselves and artworks produced in during the course of the school year. At the end of the year, parents, students and teachers organized a school-wide special student art exhibition throughout the school art exhibition to the community, and every student received an award for their hard work, development, learning and growth.

Worked with programmers to develop templates for data entry, checked data entry, and mailed out market promotions for various firms. Work for Kodak and Xerox, rebuilding its workforce for the digital age in testing copy machines and programs while learning critical technological and problem-solving skills for societies to integrate the use of its' resources to its' maximum form intent to perform. Performed cleaning studios and took pictures for lecture slide shows for professor lectures at Nazareth and Buffalo State, New York.

Write Discipline-based education research (DBER), a term that has emerged in the last few decades to describe a study investigating learning and teaching in a discipline using a range of methods with a deep grounding in the discipline's priorities, worldview, and knowledge and practices. Discipline-based art education (DBAE) is an approach to art education that draws upon four art disciplines: art production, art history, art criticism, and aesthetics. I developed and wrote up Unit and lesson plans using technologies of the time while addressing social, political, and religious issues using the liberal arts integration of cross-curriculum and cultural integrations of music and technologies, art and technologies and other intangible teaching and experimental creative problem teaching metrologies exploring the human being, spiritual soul as I attempt to integrate art theory learning from my minor in art theory in healing and coping with the modern life in a contemporary world which is incorporated while addressing fundamental concepts such as Peace, Freedom and etc. to get some more answers to the Fundamentals of life that which I managed in my one-man show at Nazareth College at the Little Gallery integrating all my learning of my Liberal Arts Program while attempting to answers the Fundamentals of Life such as where did we come from, Is there life after death and etc. in the attempt to remap myself into a new world a new life and a new living.

Developed and taught lessons in Fundamentals of Art, Ceramics, Computer Art, Muti-Media and Tele-Video. Students were selected in numerous art competitions in Maryland and nationally, including the 1998-99 Imation Computer Arts Scholarship Program and the 1997-98 Maryland's Distinguished Scholarship Awards. Encouraged students to use technology to generate arts in graphics, films, drawings, and paintings, and to research through reading and to write about their assignments inside and outside of the classroom to an end and not to an end itself through innovative research and creative problem-solving. Worked with other department's staffs to promote the magnet program, screen incoming freshman candidates, hung student artwork in art shows and prepared for county and national art scholarships award competitions as well as develop leadership training and skills for life-time learning with each individualized students with the knowledge and know-how to coach, teach and guiding students through difficult times in using the resources deposed to me as well as my limited teaching income to facilitate the growth and development of each of my students learning for their future as they desire to become what they want to be in child-center hands-on working and learning and development individually and collaboratively because the world has globalized and the internet and science thereof must be address as we connect to the world through social media and social networking colligative through the rule of laws and following ethical, moral and value-based Elements of Art and Principles of Design through which they can create their destiny with the foresight to become and be part of the future to become.

Facilitated learning of alternative photographic methods, including hand-altered work, photograms, post-camera techniques, multiple exposures, composite variations, processing manipulation and hand colouring. Facilitated a field trip to Fisher-Price Museum.

In contrast, parents and students of the people in the community would go to the murals and take pictures of themselves in their Sunday dress church-going clothing. I am satisfied that I made a difference in the neighbourhood of Rochester, New York. It has given me a career path to want to further my education and help other communities out as I continue developing my management and leadership skills for the next frontier.
