Picker, which was what I am/was during my time there as the name implies, I picked items from the floor for orders. As a picker I usually arrive to work, grab a TC and a printer then go out onto the floor to pick. Then rinse, wash, repeat for the entire shift. Stagers are those who then take the items we picked and organize them for pickup. They spend most of their time in the backroom. Lastly, dispensers are those who take the final orders out to the customer’s cars.

• Placed completed orders in labeled, temperature-appropriate storage pending customer pick up.
• Reviewed customer orders closely to locate desired items and checked app regularly to identify changes.

• I greeted and informed customers of products, fostering positive store experiences
• I maintained cash accuracy by working with supervisors to correct deficiencies.
• I maintained inventory and store visual presentation to meet customer needs.
• As a court monitor, my job was to make sure the park floors were always clear and there was nothing customers could slip and fall on
• I made sure that the kids in the inflatables were not hurt and made sure they were having fun
• I always helped the customers navigate their way through the facility and helped them in any way I could and whatever they needed
• I also got Employee of the Month 2 times during the time that I worked there
• I was always reliable and able to work on my off days when they needed more coverage
