The Service Center Manager (SCM) manages the service center and acts as a liaison between the Laboratory and local client base. I was in charge of managing and maintaining the SC facility, managing service center couriers, samplers and other personnel, and working with sales to develop, maintain and grow the client base in the area. When I took over the office, Sales were at 375,000 annually. I grew the business to 6 million per year.
