I am a hard-working individual who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. My number of years (35) in the childcare field working with families and children would be a positive asset to several of the programs Child Focus offers.
As a current member of the Batavia Board of Education, I have continued to stay involved with families in the area. I enjoy the challenges that being on this board presents with regard to staff relations and promoting the best interests of children.
I am also a volunteer mentor for the Clermont County Juvenile Court. Working with youth who have often been victims of dysfunctional families has been a very rewarding experience.

As the owner of Batavia Heights Christian Child Care, I employed and supervised 30+employees. I insured that all employees received professional development during their time of employment so that we could provide quality childcare for our families.
