  • I was in building 5 to start and would identify as to what pallet it needed to on as to be shipped to the customers home once pallet was filled for it destination and wrapped, then put on truck. I then transferred to KCVG on the dock where I put packages on the correct belts to go into the cargo cans to be loaded on the correct plane. I then went to the AR floor where I put the packages on the robot drive where it was programmed to the correct destination, to be loaded on to the plane. I did problem solve when packages where damaged and needed to be repackaged and new labels printed .I needed to have an understanding of the different programs that Amazon used in the problem solve area. I then went out on the ramp and learned the ramp process. I had extensive training in all aspects of ramp. I learned to wing walk which would help park the plane, or when the plane would fly. I would verify the cargo cans that where loaded on to the plane, Im trained to drive the tugs and belt loader and other equipment that would ensure the loading and unloading of cargo.
