  • I was the Coordinator supporting all three shift for seal, test and paint. I was responsible to one general,14 Managers and 26 team leads.
  • I ran a store/ crib with perishable supplies for the Organization. I did ordering, stocking and managing time and temperature sensitive materials
  • I also managed every day items as well.
  • I used three different ordering systems as well as writing special request for unique items and replacement equipment.
  • I managed vehicles and building issues. This required coordinating received request for items and maintenance for machinery.
  • I scheduled maintenance for Equipment, Coordination when tools, paint booths and tooling would be free. Making sure not hold up production as well as addressing emergent needs promptly.
  • I worked on my own and had to prioritize request accordingly. Some of these were e-mails, phone calls and verbal request.
  • I was responsible for Managing company phones,computer install and removals,
