2007 was selected by the Superintendent to be on a newly developed Shared Decision Making Team to plan activities and rewards for students who excelled in their grades. Added a mentorship element. We saw a significant increase in Honor & Merrit students as a result.

Encouraged elementary aged boys in leadership, educational, civic duty, physical activities, community relations & volunteering, fundraising and team building. Organized leaders in other groups in my region.
