  • As a member of the company's marketing team, the primary function of this role is to explain services to patients and families in the manner that results in the admission of appropriate patients based on criteria, directed by Medicare and Medicaid services. Interact with patient, family, and referral sources as needed. Work closely with patient care teams; may be included in patient care activities as required from time to time. Oversee pending patients for admission and routinely follow the progress of prospective patients for hospice admission.
