Senior Analyst – Key driver for all activities associated with curricula and assessment design and development, including job task analysis and/or item writing workshops. Worked with solution management and functional architecture teams to develop, deploy, and support a cost effective, sustainable solution for the client. Oversaw the administrative functions including help desk/e-mail support, reporting, and other functions as defined and agreed upon with the client.Responsible for supporting key operational processes and tools associated to the day-to-day management of internal employee certification programs. Vendor Training Advisor (9-month temporary assignment) – Processed training requests via the ServiceNow platform. Acknowledged Service requests for vendor research, comparison, and analysis. Worked collaboratively with Accenture Operations Teams as an advisory and liaison for the end-to-end process of training requests. Analyze vendor offerings and provide side-by-side comparisons to help the client decide which vendor to use. Communicate with end clients, learners, and vendors in gathering information, discussing scope of needs/offerings, etc. Support data reconciliation for tuitions as needed. Work on approvals required for the services.Project Lead (Consultant) - Managed 14 offshore resources for a temporary project in order to help the client eliminate a backlog of over 4,000 appeals, while ensuring our team met project metrics and deliverables.
