I’m passionate about building learning content and programs that are real-world based, participant-centered and positively impact organizational goals and efficiencies.

I bring over 20 years of experience in all aspects of learning and development. My most recent areas of focus have been on leadership development, creating and implementing an organization-wide transformational coaching model, and delivering training for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

A career-long passion of mine has been creating engaging and effective new-hire orientation, onboarding and upskilling content company-wide.
