Proven expertise in ispi Billing and exceptional customer service, honed at Fedex Freight and Towne Air Freight. Excelled in roles requiring meticulous attention to detail and robust data entry skills, leading a service center to top performance in a district-wide competition. Skilled in training teams and streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
My career began as back-up phone support and biller. Within the first year the additional responsibilities of setting appointments, customer service calls and ordering all supplies for the Service Center.
With the transition to Fedex National there were new systems and procedures to learn. The image report, biller's error report and skeleton bill report were added. Driver check-in added also as we no longer qualified for additional office help. Paperwork that had previously simply been filed now had to be sorted, labeled and and transferred to the appropriate Service Center to be imaged. Any and all part time billers hired were my responsibility to train. Once imaging was moved to the local Service Center that was also added to my responsibilities.
The transition to Fedex Freight occurred 3 years later. No new responsibilities were added until the ispi billing system was introduced. Our 2 biller Service Center led the CLT district in bills completed during a 6-week competition.
The last transition was the merger of the RDU/RGH service centers. Billing was removed from my daily job function and setting appointments was my sole focus.
My career began in the records department filing and supporting the billing staff. I then moved on to ACI (Air Cargo Inc) biller. My last position was Account Auditor. This position required close work via phone with my assigned customers to reconcile short pays/over pays and no pays. I was also required to audit and approve bills to verify billing accuracy.
