Duties/Responsibilities

Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of our clients.

Research, identify and conduct outreach to the selected qualified candidates who meet the needs of our clients.

Interview both via video and phone and assess overall fit for open roles, and puts forward ideal candidates to our clients for hiring consideration to make placements.

Schedules interviews with client through all stages of the hiring process.
