Summary

I began my work with Bassett as a CNA in 1997 on the inpatient unit. Shortly after starting I began floating between the inpatient unit and registration in the ER. In 1998 I moved full time to registration in the ER. Since then I have worked diligently along side the other staff in the ER training other employees and providing the best care for patients. I became the team lead in 2007 and since then have maintained the staff's schedule and put in lots of extra hours making sure patients were helped and satisified. In 2021 my position was switched over to Optum as the patient access team lead. After 26 years in this field I can say I truly enjoy what I do and plan on continuing my career helping others.
