Summary

I have been an educator for 27 years. For 11 years, I taught Kindergarten through 3rd Grade specializing and highly trained in reading instruction. For the next 10 years, I taught Math at the junior high level. The last 6 years of my career, I taught Math and Computer Applications for grades 7-12 at a continuation school. During my time in Mendota I also have taught both Math and Computer Applications in Spanish to newcomer students at both the junior high and continuation schools. I have always loved being a teacher and I've loved and cared about my students immensely. I am a responsible and professional teacher, and I always work my hardest. I take great pride In the work that I do with my students. I became a teacher because I care about children; I always want to do my best to help them to believe in themselves and strive to become caring and responsible citizens.
