  • Started working as a receptionist, it was very rewarding to get to talk to people and make sure they were satisfied when they left the office, worked with them when purchasing products to make sure they got the most for their money, our company also made more money that way
  • Answered the telephone, scheduled appointments for clients, worked with the receptionist when they were out of balance at the end of the day, filed records that were pulled for that day's appointments
  • Always ready to help someone when needed, called reminders for next day appointments
  • After a few years I was transferred to work in the office but was still relief receptionist
  • In the office helped the practice manager with accounts payables, account receiving checked time cards for errors, made all bank deposits for two clinics
  • Responsible for checking in all inventory, all drugs that were controlled or non-controlled
  • When checking in supplies and drugs for Animal Care Center and Pet Care Center I was very committed to making sure that everything on the invoice was received, my coworkers told me, multiple times that because I was so accurate to make sure everything was received and caught duplicate orders and shortages that I saved the company money.

  • I organized her medication and called in refills, kept an updated list of all medications.
  • In all the time I worked with Mrs. Athlea only missed one appointment.
  • During the time of Covid I was the only one with her.
  • I was very good with her and very dependable
  • Assisted client with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
  • Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Performed light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness standards while respecting the patient''s personal space.
