I've been working both restaurant and customer service jobs for almost five years now. I'm well trained in handling transactions and interruptions such as complaints and mishaps as well as training. I am well versed in managing and delegating tasks among as team as well as building morale between coworkers.
As a restaurant manager I oversee shifts for both myself and my coworkers. I am in charge of handling inventory, stock counts, delegating tasks, training new employees as well as handling on sight and online paperwork and events. This position has given me experience in managing a team, leadership skills and working in high stress environments.
