I received Certified Nurse Aide certificate when in High School in 1978, Worked as a Certified Nurse Aide for 5 years at Clark County Nursing Home, Continued on to get certified as a Medication Technician and work 2 more years at the Nursing Home passing medications and doing wound care. In 1991 Received EMT certification and worked for the Clark County Ambulance for a 2 years gaining emergency medical experience. I No longer hold any of these licenses, let them lapse after getting Licensed as an LPN I began attending College in in 2001 Quincy at John Wood College for an LPN License graduating in 2003 with that Degree. I have worked as a LPN ever since then starting with 7 years for the Clark County Nursing Home, as a Charge nurse. In 2010 was hired by Tri-State Medical Group and was employed by the Hospital as an LPN receiving a 5 year pin in 2010. In 2015 Tri-State Medical Group was taken over by Community Health Centers of Southeast Iowa, and for the last 8 almost 9 this year are still employed with them as an LPN. I have been in the medical field in some compactly since 1978 (46) years. I am a dependable worker and well-qualified to be a caring nursing team member with a lifetime of experience
I have 2 children of my own and 6 step children. They are all grown and have provided us with 16 grand children with another one on the way in April of 2024. We love to attend as many activities with them as possible. We love to camp and just be outside in general. Hobbies include gardening, cooking and doing craft work.
