  • Overview all of the art classes and offerings from our facility to the community
  • All aspects of customer service including but not limited to setting up special events, birthday parties, department socials, team building, spouse coffees, baby showers, cadet parent groups from surrounding states, B.O.S.S creative events, religious groups, scouting badge projects, etc.
  • Charging and collecting payments both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer and send emails connected to my position.
  • Give tours and explain the workings of our facility for families as well as departments
  • Responsible for bank deposits and applicable paperwork
  • Create all samples for upcoming classes
  • Sew banners and garden flags for resale in our retail area
  • Design and cut vinyl for customers to use at home
  • Single handedly created a curriculum for our Summer Arts Camp that includes at minimum 10 projects per per week(80 different projects) with different themes for up to 128 school aged students.
  • Create schedules and calendar for our facility
  • Attend local community events ie middle school health and wellness day, elementary school meet the teacher, community day, plebe weekend, events at Trophy Point etc.
  • Offer special program for Class Reunions
  • Support the endeavors of other MWR events
  • Intake projects in the custom framing and engraving department.

  • Designing, building and selling awards for sports teams for the academy including Golf and Woman’s Basketball

  • Utilize various art mediums and techniques to enhance student expression with minimal cost to the facility
  • During our gallery showings, organized art displays and exhibitions to showcase student work effectively

  • Manage art room supplies, equipment and resources to maintain consistent supply for projects. Including ordering, inventory and storage.
