Leadership Experience

I am a natural born leader, which I assume responsibility while working foundation I am a supervisor of the new crew hired to train and show them the rope from start to finish when starting a new foundation for a construction build. School setting from the first days of school I had to step up as our lead teachers were unable to fulfill job duties due to personal reason; I pre planned for the students in our room; completed daily teacher requirements as needed.
