Being a caregiver with 20+ years of experience has given me insight on what high quality of care looks like. Listening to the needs of others and clear communication with empathy and understanding in all processes can bring clarity and good relationships with the patient and or their immediate support.
I have also come to learn over the years that protocol and regulations are put into place for the protection of all those involved. I always strive to communicate well, stay on task and keep an open mind for leaning new things.
