  • Worked on and resolved serious internal cadre issues to develop a harmonious cadre with strong survey performance.
  • Developed and implemented virtual laboratory surveys for use during the COVID pandemic. Trained the laboratory cadre in the virtual survey process and evaluated performance and success. Adapted the process, as necessary.
  • Represented educational program at meetings and conferences to serve as subject matter liaison for array of services and activities assigned.
  • Participated in obtaining the contract for the VA Medical Center Laboratory Program. Oversaw the implementation of the Joint Commission Laboratory survey program for the VA laboratories and monitored surveyor performance.
