• Worked in the Liquid department.
• Packer Operator - receive the finished product, which is the filled bottles, to drop into made cartons or boxes.
• Moen Operator - a machine that makes the cartons or boxes.
• Depalitizer (Bottle Operator) cutting banding, writing loads down, monitoring bottles, picking up and removing bad bottles.
• Trigger operator: dumping triggers, unjamming trigger from, and removing recycling bad triggers.
• Quality checks are conducted every 30 minutes, or as needed. I had to check the front and back sleeve, or label, on bottles. Use the scanner to scan UPC codes on bottles and boxes, check for code dates, and check for leaks.
• Help train new employees.

Packer, Moen, Depalitizer, and Trigger Operator. I conducted quality checks and helped to train other employees.

I helped with utility, giving other employees breaks, and helping where needed.

I worked on other lines, doing similar operations.

• Filler operator - fill product into bottles.
• Weight test: verify that the product is not overfilled or underfilled.
• Torque test: Test the triggers on the bottles, making sure not to over-torque or under-torque.
• Sleeve operator: apply sleeves on bottles, and supply sleeves in their cabinets.
• Packer operator: receive the finished product, which is the filled bottles, to drop in the made cartons or boxes.

• Trigger operator: Dump triggers, remove, and recycle bad triggers.
• Perform changeovers with or without help, depending on the machine.
• Utility, giving other co-workers breaks, and helping where needed.
