Coordinates the development of the Title I Instructional Program (school-wide) at McCornack Elementary. Responsible for the coordination of all school-based Title I services, programs and compliance.

Facilitate Data Teams and work with staff on differentiated and tiered interventions/strategies. Analyzing student achievement data and making data-driven decisions. Coordination of school-wide district and state testing.
