I was a salesman for Pepsi Cola Vancouver for 18 years. I was very good at customer relations. Many times I was sent in to other Salesmen routes to 'clean up the mess' they had made. Many times store management was very upset with the previous Salesman. I calmly communicated with Management, Listened to them and rebuilt there trust by doing what needed to be done to make them satisfied costumers. I was very good at customer relations, I think because of my calm demeanor and following through with what the customer wanted done.
