· Verify that all forms/reports for each patient’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge were completed correctly
· Review, copied, logged, and scan supporting documents before filing everything in the patient’s files
· Complete clerical task of documentation of all complaints to provide to my direct report.
· Review and verify copayments for accuracy according to each patient’s Insurance ER payment due
· Verify invoices for correct rate of pay according to government contract.
· Confirm eligibility of Insurance
· Prepare and distributes various admission forms
· Liaison for the first contact in the admissions office
