Oversee all crafts including steel, pipe, electrical, mechanical and paint departments involved in each repair contract.

Coordinate with customers representatives to maintain a safe, productive and quality driven contact period

Resource drawings, schematics, reference materials and contracts for material take offs, scheduling and man power required for a safe, efficient completion of work, to customers satisfaction

Maintain all reports and documentation

Supervise and coordinate all crafts and trades for deration of new construction or repair period

Organize daily and weekly work assignments for all trades to maintain safety, schedule, cost control and work quality

Conduct daily safety and quality control checks

Recruit, hire and train personnel in shipyard best practice procedures for safety and quality

Maintain required reports and documentation in accordance with NAVSEA, OSHA and Coast Guard requirements
